Life in Leura

Leura

The Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School is located in the village of Leura, considered the most sophisticated and urbane village in the Blue Mountains, just 90km/90min west of Sydney.

Leura’s tree lined main street is great for wandering and people watching. Stroll through the village and browse fashion boutiques, galleries and bookstores. Enjoy socialising at the chic cafes and fine dining restaurants.

Leura is an ideal quiet and safe location for a period of intensive study, remote from the distractions of a big city yet close enough to enjoy all Sydney has to offer. The bustling town of Katoomba is only 3km away with an array of shops, supermarkets, banks and all other necessary services and amenities – not to mention great entertainment and nightlife.

The student community is a close one and life can be as sociable and entertaining as you wish to make it.
